Dave Mirra (born April 4, 1974 in Chittenango, New York, USA), is a professional BMX rider. Dubbed the Miracle Boy (also Miracle Man), Dave Mirra is the most decorated X Games contestant with 20 medals, 14 of them gold. He has competed and medaled in every X-Games event, and has dominated the BMX competition scene for over 15 years.
The reason for his dominance is his innovative and progressive tricks, including double-backflips, frontflips, triple tailwhips, tailwhip flips, backflip drop-ins, and the 360 no handed backflip, which created mass BMX internet forum buzz and hype for his new company MirraCo. Bikes.

but what you said is pretty much right
few little things but yeh
umm even just a little mound of dirt or somthing just go up it and all u wanna be doin is pretty much a 180 but not like u would on a quarter/half
umm its pretty simple but like i said i didnt care much for em
yep have a good supply of chains
i nvr learned a disaster to tell you the complete truth ithink its rubbish
my tip would be to find a quarter pipe or a small half pip thats not too steep and get a little air and just get ur bike into a kind of drop in position and yeh just keep working ur way up
thats pretty much how i was practicing em but yer like i said i didnt really focus on it..looks cooler to 360 out of a quarter and manual pivit drop in fake and fakie out
but yeh give that ago if that fails ill get zakk to explain it for you

Oright you got no footers dwn packed?
its critical that you dnt leave your bike too early if so the bike will jump away from you.too late and well bail...ummm watching ur peddles helps some ppl its just a matter of doin no footers and slowly getting farther back...
also try just ridding along the ground and doin the superman action on the ground
