- Shitty drizzle rain, having numb ears walking up the Grange Road, public transport especially the 75, hash, January and The Square.

Things I have learnt while in Oz - (On going)
1. I have many, many hobbies
2. The majority of Asian people shuffle their feet (REALLY annoying)
3. Zuccinis are courjets and Capsicums are peppers
4. If given the choice of a 45min walk to your own bed or sleeping on a couch, with no blanket, in a caravan extension with cardboard for a window, always choose the walk.
5. The index finger on my right hand is bigger than the index finger on my left hand.
6. When working with vegetables and boxes, the sexual innuendo's are endless.
7. (Not happy with this one) I'm a bit of a dropper.
8. (Even less happy with this one) I'm getting old.
9. Most Canadians will have a maple leaf on thier backpack, hat, jacket etc.
10. I really, really love beer.
11. Crows freak me out.
12. I talk to myself alot.
13. The sound of a Ukulele makes me want to rip my own ears off.

Fruit Picking
Hey Folks,
So just had the best 6 weeks ever. On the piss, meeting a load of cool people, hooked up with some alright people from home (only jokin!!...you all know i love ya!) along the way, seen all kinds from dingo's to Whithaven Beach and had a million laugh's along the way and about the same amount of hangovers.
So I am now officially a pauper. Me and Shel are leaving Brisbane tomorrow to go fruit picking. Made the midnight decision last night after a few glasses of goon. No regrets though. We both know we're doing the right thing and are pretty excited about it. So will probably be out of contact for the next couple of months, so loads of emails please!!!
