I hurt my back and was off the bike for a month but am back on it now and enjoying it again if somewhat slower.

Nice to hear from you. How's things with you? Good I hope? G and I were on Mull 2 weekends ago but it was just a flying visit and we kept a pretty low profile just hanging out with the Carmichaels at Hillcrest.
The 10K went really well- my friend and I ran the whole way and didn't walk/stop once. We didn't get the most fantastic time but we had a good time doing it and raised quite a wee bit of money for cancer research.
I've actually been playing summer hockey and doing pre season fitness training all summer. The season proper has just started so I'm training twice a week, playing once a week and going out running in between times. I'm feeling pretty fit at the mo which is good.
What's been cracking with you? Still suffering from "empty nest" syndrome with the boy moving out?! Crying yourself to sleep at night I'm guessing.... xxx
