Huggy & Dean Newton 'Indian Summer' hit no 12 in the Beatport Top 100 with all mixes making it into the charts in House, Tech House and Progressive House. Steve Angello has been starting his sets with it.

Cagedbaby is one of the most charismatic DJ's you will ever come across and the perfect guest for Stereotype with his musical attitude very similar to that of our own. Cagedbaby, or Tom Gandey to his Mum, has been destroying dancefloors the world over. Carefully delivering Techno & Disco, playing his own re-edits, remixes and productions from Ibiza's Space Terrace to Womb, Japan, from Rockness to Creamfields and now stereotype in Edinburgh.
He's been extremely busy in the studio this year working with a diverse range of artists from Fatboyslim to Radioslave, Kris Menace to Talking Heads David Byrne - and in demand as a remixer for Grace Jones, Empire Of The Sun, and many more. His current singles "Medicine" and "Forced" have both been Stereotype anthems which makes us so proud to welcome him for September alongside Huggy, who's latest single "Pressure"
has just been signed to CR2.
Kipp$ & Gino join forces in the bar and to round it off, Ewan Smith & Chris Graham will fire up the white room with deep house and minimal beats.

In April Stereotype pulls together another awesome line up of dj's - you wouldnt expect anything less. This 3 roomed affair sees Stu Todd, join the stereotype boys for mainroom action of tantalising techno and deep house biznizz. Ryan Ellis and Gus from Fuse will light up the Lounge with some filthy fidget and wonky house of the wrongest order and how could we not bring back the dreamteam of Caird & Kipp$ to get fill in the blanks. This aint no disco !!!

A quarter of the way into 2009 and it's treble the reason to head down to Stereotype with not one guest but three. Kris Menace is going to be on everyone's lips with his debut album 'Idiosyncrasies' due out early April. Kris made his mark on the clubland with the awesome 'Discopolis' signed to Defected Records and in recent months his 'Artificial' track a collaboration with Felix Da Housecat and 'Scaler' are firm favourites. Secondly we welcome Craig Smith & The Revenge to make there live debut gig which were extremely proud off, with releases on Soul Heaven and Freerange this year is going to be a very good year for this duo. As ever our support acts are equal to the mark of our guests with Huggy and Blair Harrower doing the honours in the Main room and Scott MacKenzie joins Beefy in raising the Bar. Now that's what Saturday nights are made for.
