You should already know this by now, but anyway:
I'm Tommy, 20 years old, living in Limerick, NO LONGER schooling in Ardscoil Rís!!!!
I'm best known for playing in goals in Gaelic football and soccer.
Under 21 'A' City Football champions with Na Piarsaigh, woohoo!

I enjoy writing poetry, I've written over 80 original pieces in just over 3 years of writing, and have been published twice. If anybody wants to see any of them, feel free to ask.

    • Under 21 'A' 2008 City Final, Match Report

      Pride of place this week goes to our U\21 Footballers who captured the City U\21'A Football championship last Saturday defeating St. Patricks 2-7 to 0-11. Two goals before the break from Padraig Kennedy and Noel Shannon put us into a very commanding 8 point lead (1-6 to 0-4 ) at the interval, however, the 2nd half was all St. Patricks and Tommy Collins, our keeper proved to be man of the match, saving a penalty and producing a no. of wonder saves to keep the title hopes alive. Also helping Tommy to lift the 2nd half onslaught were Cian Cody and Colin Finnegan. Scorers: Padraig Kennedy & Noel Shannon (1-1 each), Eoin Hogan 0-2, Dara Laffan, Brian Shannon, David D'Alton (0-1 each)

      Party Time

      To drink what one wants, to want what one drinks,
      To spend your weekends balanced against someone’s sink,
      And look up with a smile and a nod and a wink
      Whenever someone walks in (just in case they should think

      That you don’t really know what you’re doing at all)
      Then stumble and crawl down the stairs to the hall,
      Again balance yourself against the kitchen wall,
      Drain the last from your glass and make sure you don’t fall

      Then tonelessly shout out the words of a song
      (Too many times you repeat them, you don’t know you’ve gone wrong)
      And tell all of your love and how much they belong
      With you, there on those nights, and how it’s too long

      To wait ‘til next time, the next big event…
      Then wake up Sunday morning. Remember how Saturday went?
      And you can’t see or stand up, your money’s all spent
      And you’ve made too many promises you never really meant.

      Sorry you feel that way about the running of the team but if you can get 15 to 20 players training each week in all weathers and a turn out of 13 to 19 at every game well then somebody is doing something right, most the players have been playing junior soccer for the first time this season and needed to be given time to adjust , we finished with the fourth best defence in the league and unlucky to be beaten at the semi final stage of the cup on penalties by the league champions, if you feel you can play at a higher grade then i hope it works out for you but at the moment we will be in 3B again next season but would like to be higher but players not ready for that yet, as for the phone calls, this is childish and if i see jimmy i will tell him, Mike

      Jaynee, ye stared early, this is still study week for us. Although I have had 2 exams already, one Monday and the other this morning. Not finished till the fifteenth. Can't wait.

      Do you know what class you'll be teaching yet? Hope you don't get little kiddies. I help out with the kids class in JuJitsu as part of my training and man they drive me up the walls and through the ceiling. One kid actually stopped the whole class to tell us he can take his socks off all by himself. :O :O :O

      Anywho, I'm good, still in library trying to study. Not working too well. Going to see Wolverine latter tonight.
