*MALAWI*
I went to Malawi in Africa with a work party from my church last summer. It is the 12th poorest country in the world, has the 4th worst life expectancy in the world, is about three times the size of Ireland and is in the heart of Africa. We built a a third of a shelter for relatives of patients at a hospital to cook for their ill relatives. The hospital was in a town called Livingstonia where we stayed. It is on a plateau with spectacular scenery all around. We also got a chance to talk to the people and leave clothing and other things with the people out there who are far worse off than we are. It was without a doubt my best holiday ever, it was eye-opening and the scenerey was beutiful also. I cannot wait to return in july to see the place again and seeing everyone there. *Check out my Malawi photo album*0 Comments 939 days
