As the unicorn grazed by herself, all she could think about was how alone she felt in the world. She lifted her head slightly and looked up to the stars, who seemed to be the only company in the world, beside three. She sighed, flicking her tail before walking across the meadow towards the tree's, before stopping dead. The smell of two canines reached the unicorns nose and she reared up on her rear legs before lowering her head so she stood in a defensive stance. She watched as a white wolf with two black wings paced out from the woods, a dim purple glow surrounding her frame, and a fawn Saluki gracefully walking by it's side. The unicorns ears came forward, and she lifted her head, and stood upright. She smiled as the two canines sat before her.
"Whitefang..." She nodded to the wolf. "SwiftPaw..." She nodded to her head to the saluki, who nodded back in return. "What brings you to my meadow?" She lowered her head slightly, so she was more or less level with the two canines.
"Well... we found something Moonlight!" WhiteFang said, sounding un sure.
"Not something Fang... someone! What ever she is she's living! But we don't know what she is! We were hoping you would Moonlight, but she's out of this world!!" SwiftPaw said, standing up to wag her tail slightly.
"Where abouts are you wanting me to go?" Moonlight asked, looking up to the moon slightly.
"Not too far... just on the outskirts of the purple moon forest!" WhiteFang said. "She fell from the sky..."
"She appears to be fine though! She's a bit upset though! We left Tipsy with her to try and cheer her up!" SwiftPaw added, before WhiteFang could even dream of finishing.
"Alright, I'll come along! Be swift at my heels you two!" And with that the unicorn lifted up her feet and pushed herself into an easy gallop, with one of the canines on either of her flanks. As she ran, she thought about what SwiftPaw had told her. What sort of creature is out of this world? I've seen them all, surely I can't have missed the development of one! I've seen the world grow just about... As she thought she soon became aware that she was now in the Purple Moon forest, and she slowed down to let WhiteFang lead the way, as this was her territory. She looked down to SwiftPaw.
"Don't come looking for me for a few months... I'm going up to the Moonlight Lake, I have un-finished business up there with a pegasus!" MoonLight told the saluki, who at that moment shifted into a German Shepherd.
"Alright MoonLight... but you need to be careful! All the stories you've told me about that Pegasus... I don't like what I've heard about him..."
"Swift... I can asure you that I know what I'm doing!" Moonlight told her companion. WhiteFang then hushed them as they entered a clearing, and she saw the ferret Tipsy immediately, in her albino colours. But the creature she was led upon... made the unicorn take a step backwards, as it lifted it's head off of it's paws, and looked at her with it's blood red eyes. The creature was pure black, apart from it's white nose. Upon it's back it bore a pair of feathery wings, and it was crowned with a horn. To Moonlight, it looked as if someone had crossed an alicorn with a wolf... and suceeded. She shook her head and gathered her wits about her, and stepped forward again.
"What is your name? And your place of origin?" She asked. And the creature seemed to smirk at her.
"I could ask you the same... concidering I am older than you!" She seemed to semi growl at Moonlight, catching her off guard. She knew this was going to be an awkward conversation.
