Hello, were StarSound Karaoke !!! Welcome to our BEBO page! We are a registered Company. StarSound Karaoke & Disco is one of Dublin’s most prestigious and professional Karaoke / Disco Shows. We operate throughout Ireland, and are based in Dublin South. With over 60,000 karaoke and disco song titles, including this week's chart hits, professional Shure SM58 radio microphones, 1400 Dynacord desk and crystal clear EV Zx400 speakers, also top of the range lighting equipment, including flame lights, box lights, stage lights, spot lights and more. We put the emphasis on sound quality. Singers and audience alike can be assured of the ultimate karaoke & disco experience. We have considerable experienced in, Prestigious Corporate Events, Weddings, Functions and Pub gigs and being aware of the importance of such events ensures a professional approach to your requirements. We put the emphasis on sound quality. Hence the name StarSound. We only use top of the range sound equipment, as only the best will do! Lighting Equipment. Lighting equipment is also extremely important to us. Perfect Presentation is essential, we have lighting to suit any mood, from flashing disco lights to calm flame lights. What’s a Party without disco lights? professional Shure SM58 radio microphones, 1400 Dynacord desk and crystal clear EV Zx400 speakers, Ev sx300, zeck, lems, peave, also top of the range lighting equipment, including flame lights, box lights, stage lights, spot lights and more. We put the emphasis on sound quality. Singers and audience alike can be assured of the ultimate karaoke & disco experience. We have considerable experienced in, Prestigious Corporate Events, Weddings, 21st, etc... . . .
Experience
Over the years we have worked in numerous establishments. Currently we work in Club Diva, Red Cow. Swallows, Clondalkin. Ballyfermot club. Bar house, Dolphins barn. Jolly Topper, Finglas, Mallones, Inchore and more. We also have had the pleasure of working with Brian Ormond, Dave Young and who’s Eddie. And had the pleasure of working last summer in Gran Canaria We have also provided our sound equipment for artists such as, Finbar Fury, Dublin city ramblers, Pato Cullen and Paddy Sweeney on the ballad scene.     • €10.000 karaoke contest dublin. . . . GUIDELINES

      In the interest of fairness, The following guidelines apply to all contestants.


      1. The competition is open to amateurs who are interested in karaoke singing. It is not for professional singers.
      An amateur is defined as a singer who is not currently making income from singing.
      2. Anybody over 18 years of age can compete (men and women). Valid ID should be available if requested, Passport, Gardai ID or Driving Licence.
      3. Contestants must be available for the month of January 2009 for the semi finals, and the Grand Final is on Wed 4th Feb.
      4. Contestants Must be present on the nights of the semi finals and the finals before 8:00pm sharp.
      5. Contestants can bring their own karaoke discs if they wish, but they must ensure they are compatable to our system.
      6. Contestants must sing two songs in the finals.
      7. The winners will receive the prizes on the night of the finals
      8. Contestants who choose to duet in the competition will be judged as one act and therefore must share the winnings if they win.
      9. The judges Judging the finals will consist of music and singing professionals. And judge’s decision will be final.

      Under these conditions anyone found performing professionally will be disqualified immediately regardless of what stage the competition is at, it will be left to the judge’s discretion to select previous performers as replacements.
