The common description of a black hole is that it is an extremly dense collection of matter of whichs gravity is so strong not even light can escape. My theory for why such holes exists goes as follows but it relies on a new, contreversial theory about the universe as a hole. That is that instead of the theory of the perimeter of our universe expanding at the speed of light it may actually be every single atom of matter in our universe is expanding at this speed. So us and every thing around us is expanding in proportion at the speed of light. Black holes, therefore, may arise at random in the vastness of space due to a small collection of matter ( mabey one atom or more) which happens to stop expanding or slow down for just a fraction of a second for a yet unkown reason. Such an incident would therefore create a three dimensional drag affect, creating a pocket in space. this also supports the idea of black holes being windows in time as the matter at the deepest point is always that much behind in the expanse of the surrounding universe.
