      blistering paint and doors, hot to touch;
      being in there, i wont like it much.

      but i have guides, my eyes and my ears;
      use them well and i'll have no fears.

      it will be not and i'll fell no heat;
      and i may end up as low as my feet;
      the neutral plane she will come down;
      bringing tongues of flame, smoke golden brown;
      pyrolysation will increase,it will het hot;
      but i know the signs, theres not such a lot.

      into the gas layer, spray pulses long and short;
      cause in a flashover i dont want to be caught;
      with a little spray i will tame this beast;
      as i dont want to end up in a box deceased.

      just use my skills and think with my head;
      and the fire is the one that will end up dead!!

      WHAT IS A FIREMAN?

      He's the guy next door, a mans man with the memory of a little boy. He's never gotten over the excitement of the engines and sirens and danger. He's the guy like you and me with warts and worries and unfilled dreams. Yet he stands taller than most of us. He's a fireman. He put's it on the line when the bell rings. A fireman at once the most fortunate and the least fortunate of men. He's a man who saves lives, because he's seen too much death. He's a gentle man because he has seen the awesome power of violence out of control. He's responsive to a child's laughter, because his arms held too many small bodies that will never laugh again. He's a simple man who enjoys the simple pleasure's in life hot coffee held in numb, unbending fingers a warm bed for bone and muscle compelled beyond feeling. The camaraderie of brave men and the devine peace and selfless service, of a job well done. He doesn't wear buttons or wave flags or shout obscenities. When he marches its to honour a fallen comrade. He doesn't preach the brotherhood of man.
      He lives it.

    The grenadier is a key member of the U.S. Army fire team. Armed with an M16 and M203 grenade launcher, the grenadier can deliver explosive fire at point and area targets from medium to long distances. The grenadier is capable of sending 40mm high explosive grenades a great distance away, providing support fire for the fire team / squad. Additionally grenadiers also have a fully functional M16A2. Each fire team has one grenadier. Since their role is support, grenadiers also carry a larger inventory of smoke and stun grenades.       On the 26th of September eleven of Bray fire fighters will play a remembrance charity football match for the two fire fighters that were tragically killed while battling a blaze on the 26th of September 2007. We will be playing against some world class football heroes such as Andy Cole, Jason Mc Ateer, John Aldridge, Lee Sharpe, David May, Alan Kennedy, Phil Neal and Paul Walsh in the Carlisle Grounds. It will guarantee to be a spectacular day and all in aid of two admirable causes The Laura Lynn Foundation – Ireland’s first children’s hospice and the Irish Autism Association.

      i dont know when there recuriting again mate to be honest i think they have a waiting list and they just work off that, do u know what i mean? i went back today but im not back at work until monday. yeah things going well between me and my misses mate were off to egypt a week on saturday so looking really forward to that, there is a website that gives u a list of every county thats recuriting i will get it for u might do u some good? would u consider goign into the R.A.F. as a fireifgter??
