Im 32 yrs of age from Tauranga, I’m self-taught Artist
Most if not all of my work is done with acrylic paint on canvass and finished ready to hang. My Inspiration comes mainly from three areas, Maori design the Maori Warrior and the Beauty of Women.
When doing portraits I like to use photos to get the best likeness but a lot of the finished product is artistic freedom, I love the use of color and a lot of it I’m not to sure why that’s just how it happens…

- I was invited to put two works in the Matariki exhibition held at the new creative Tauranga Art Gallery. One piece has been sold to the Tauranga Libraries "He Timatanga Hou" and i was invited to the unveiling of my work and also to say a few words about my piece. Now not only was i lucky to sell my work it is now hanging in the front foyre as you walk in the main doors for all to see...

- Well my first solo exhibition is been and gone and I must say with the help I received to make the day it was a huge success. Luckily the sun blessed us with its presents and the rain held off because plan b was not the go. All in all about 150+ people came to view my work and I hope all enjoyed…
