      I never write blogs, because if I did, i'd probably be complaining and/or making controversial statements that could potentially get me jailed. But I thought i'd post this, as it made me quite happy.

      AIRSPIEL - Seventh Heaven/I Dont Know You Review by Rick Fulton

      "NOT, I think, an ode to Glasgow's lap dancing club, it certainly would get the ladies dancing around their poles. With a huge slice of 80s epic synth rock and a XTC melody Airspiel think big. Seventh Heaven is a massive tune from its thumping bass, angelic synths and David Merry's delicate vocals the Glasgow five piece are coming on leaps and bounds. Second tune I Don't Know You also doesn't disappoint. There's no hot air in this band. With Killers synth this could also be a huge student club anthem. There aren't enough rock bands happy to use synths to boost their sound. Bands like Airspiel prove it's well worth it."

      The kaisers were amazing mate. Ricky appeared at the back of the barras up on the scaffolding during the gig and came down to crowd surf all the way to the stage! Never saw anything like it before. You can imagine what it was like when they finished off with I predict a riot!

      I ended up pisd out my mind due to several gallons of diesel. Was wearing a nice white sirt that ended up with a strange red tinge all down the front. Classy!

      I didnt realise you would have been on that late as I would have came along. Ended up just getting a taxi up the road as I was minging!
