To conclude this song depicts the drug fuelled journey on Nirvana to gatecrash and force people to limbo dance at gunpoint. They are so high that they contradict themseleves repeatedly.

Ok the song makes no sense and Nirvana have cleverly made the song catchy to cover this up. They probably got a drunk 4 year old to write the lyrics as no-one would hear them any way.
