The cyclone!
So im just so excited to be travelling the west coast of australia!
Our bus is two hours late! But this is just the beginning, things can only get better, right?
Wrong! I get on the greyhound when it finally arrives, to start my trip and we get to one stop and the aircon decides that its not going to work at any point so we have to wait for another coach to pick us up before we get going again.
When the next bus arrives and we are on the way everything seems to be running smoothly.
Thats until we get to our destination, Cervantes, and the weather breaks! A storm arrived when we arrived! Nice! We had to spend the rest of the night in our hostel without power which was a total riot, not.
The next day was a lot better, went to the pinnacles desert which was sooo amazing and a bit strange, but cool strange. Got the bus in the afternoon to Geraldton. But as i had found out the day before travelling greyhound is not very realiable and we were delayed again for a while till yet another coach was sent for us.
Got to Geraldton and all was fine and dandy. That was until i dicovered the showers were outside!! In this weather!! With not much else to do we opted for bed, at 8.30pm. What a wild time!!
The cyclone appears to have done everything it came to do so we are going to chance it and leave for Kalbarri tonight. Fingers crossed!!0 Comments 975 days

Im a scot! Get me out of here!
Im going stir crazeeee in this little town! The only thing thats getting me through this is free drink and choccie!
Its been three weeks living and working in the kukerin pub. Cabin fever has defo struck!
Some fun has been had though on farms with the deadly snakes! In the back of a ute going god knows where in the dark! Drinking bundy rum! Yuk!
Thank goodness the end is nigh!

So jen and i are staying in the worst hostel ever! Both on top bunks, of course! Under jen sleeps weird chinese dude who sleeps with his eyes and his mouth open and always hogs the power outlets! Under me is big meanie new zealand man with big chip on his shoulders! He loves to join in other peoples conversations and offer his views and opinions! He says that we should go live in a third world country to see what poor really is! Yep, he has been to india for three days so he knows all about it!
