The authority that is meant to mark our exams from Standard Grade to HND. (University students get exams marked in the University by their lecturers.)

As much as I appreciate the effort the examiners put into getting all exams marked in the short time of roughly 3 months they have, they have had more than enough time to sort my exam paper out. My higher computing course that I sat in academic session 2008/09, was my 5th year at Paisley Grammar School, Renfrewshire. I did not complete all external assessments for the dead line, but did have them completed by exam period. I informed the SQA of this and they said they would issue me a new certificate with updated information on the course I had sat as soon as they updated it. I have not yet however, even heard from the SQA since and still await word on my certificate. Aww well, am resitting the course anyway, but the point is, all work and effort put into the course must be stated on the certificate.

The SQA also made another problem for someone in my family receantly: my Aunty Jennifer.

My Aunt has receantly qualified from Child Care in Reid Kerr College, Paisley, Renfrewshire.
However, when she had done all the work and exams needed of her, she waited months for a certificate, when everyone else from her college had recieved theirs. It was only just receantly (I'd say roughly last month) in which my Aunt recieved her NQ certificate.

The SQA may work hard to get results out at points, but they slipped there, but to leave off on a happy note: I do appreciate that the SQA have many candidates and cannot just focus on a select few, and this is grueling work.

I have just left things b...have hoped for that which shall never happen.

No matter how hard it may be to do so, I have to move on, as I can't hope for ever. As long as everyones happy, that's all that matters...
