oh crap! as soon as i get some pennies together we have to go for that pint. "cripples re-united" ? steve offered me part-time work that would fit around my benefits (if i ever get them....useless system!) if i wanted it..which i was surprised at.

im well...not so good. arm has been better since not working but the grinding/catching/general pain pops up every now and again just to remind me its still there.

had x-rays the other week then went to physio on thurs who signed me off after looking at them because "theres nothing i can do for it apart from keeping it mobile" which sounds ominous.

been slowly slipping back in to my old depressed ways. cant be arsed to do anything. just sit over in the summerhouse ignoring everyone including briony.

hey les sos i don t get online much im at debs up in cardiff at the mo i graduated yesterday with a first class honours degree in Biomedical science and was awarded the ibms presidents prize for the best project in my year! I also got the job at the hospital as a trainee microbiologist in Barnstaple!! Can t believe it hope to see you Alex and the girls soon how r u and what have u been up to
