You Listen, and then sometimes you pair up and do wee tasks, take notes and you have to speak infront off the others, not all the time tho, and you get homework lol but the homework is basically for your own beneifit no one else see's it oh and ya get a CD called Headspace which is brill, i never get to the end off it every nite xx
