RIGHT THATS IT....I'm going on a diet....yes, i know i've said it loads of times and never done a thing about it. but hopefully putting it in writing will make me commit - ha! gonna go to Boots tomorrow and weigh myself - smelling salts at the ready!!

Hey mrs! I'm ok, back at work which is 'interesting' to say the least! Def looking for alternative employment.... Apart from that I'm hunky dory. Just been for a spa weekend at the McDonald hotel in North Berwick which was lovely, so chilled out it was great. Need to meet up for a proper catch up soon. Got the rugby for the next 2 weekend then am pretty much free. U busy over Easter weekend?
