HOW TO BECOME A CHRISTIAN:
You Need To Be Saved... Romans 3:23: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
--- You Cannot Save Yourself... John 14:6: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
--- Jesus Has Already Provided For Salvation... John 3:16: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
CONSEQUENSES:
If you do not believe in God, or if you have not asked for repentence unto him, you are not written in the book of life, therefore - Revelation 20:15 - "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." - And that will be your destiny, no return.
HOW CAN
SIMPLE (Remember it is a FREE Gift also) ROMANS 10:9: - "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
WHEN CAN
NOW!! - 2 Corinthians 6:2 - "For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." Don't delay, for you do not know what another day may bring.

Romans 5:18 - "Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life." - As in Adam we all die, he brought sin and death unto all men, therefore all men die because of Adam's sin.   • Proof that God exists!

    Firsty What is Proof?

    In asking this question, we're basically asking "What kind of proof will be good enough? How much proof is needed?". When we talk about proof, we're talking about establishing some degree of certainty about something.

    Scientific knowledge is based on repeated observations, but scientific knowledge is only one kind of knowledge. Other kinds include historical knowledge, moral knowledge & personal knowledge. These types of knowledge lie outside the bounds of scientific knowledge.

    For example, take historical knowledge. Can you prove that King Henry the Eighth existed? Using the scientific approach of observation & repeatable experiments, impossible! But using historical methods, it is certain that he existed beyond a reasonable doubt.

    So, when we look to prove whether God exists today, a scientific approach will not work. The amount of proof needed is enough so that we can say: "God exists beyond a reasonable doubt".

    When we look at anything that has a design, we rightly conclude that it had a designer. Somebody designed chairs for a purpose. Somebody designed a glove to fit over a hand. The universe, and particularly human beings, show an unbelievable amount of design. This points to a Designer.

    Everything we encounter and can think of, has a cause. The words you are now reading were caused by a person typing them on a keyboard. Cars move because they have an engine. A tennis court didn't suddenly come into existence one day. It was built by someone. People speak words because their brains instruct the muscles in their mouths to move. It is reasonable that the world we can see, and of which we are a part, also has a cause.
    The original question asked whether it could be proved that God existed *today*. If Jesus had died, & stayed dead, we would have to say "No". But Jesus came back to life, & lives today. The message Jesus communicated with us is the same today as it always has been.

    God does exist today, and the personal, moral and philosophical knowledge of many people adds further evidence to this. No-one can ever prove that God exists by scientific methods. We should be thankful for that: what kind of 'God' would that be? No mystery, nothing hidden, everything reducible to a set of principles. God is far bigger than that...

    1 Timothy 3:16
    And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

    The things that are written in the bible, are written for us to believe.

    John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

    Faith cometh from hearing the words from the bible, to say that there is no proof, how is it that the bible has been around for the past 3500 yrs. or better. The proof we have is the things written in the OT are prophecy and they prophecied till John the baptist. After that prophecy was being fulfilled, we can believe because Jesus said he came to fulfil all the law and the prophets and the psalms concerning him. We believe, because not one jot or tittle will pass away till all be fulfilled.
    And God will keep all His promises, Whether you believe or not, the OT prophecies happend and are going to happen.

    Cars, Planes, Motorcycles all are written in the OT.

    At the end of the day, its all down to one thing.... FAITH.

      Hi, if you are talking about God the Father and the Creator of all, then we are interested to read your book. But because you are using the small g for god, we are not sure which god you are talking about:) there's too many gods of this world like baal, idols of all kinds of fairy tales etc. Please use capital G all the time you mention God's mighty name. It makes a big difference.

      Dylan, Santa is just another man doing his job as an entertainer for children.
      God is our Creator who created heaven, earth and all of us. You kept denying your salvation in Christ until when? Seek the Lord before its too late.
      The Lord said our time is always ready therefore bring Jesus Christ into your life and allow Him to give you everlasting life that God has promised us if we do His will.
