Ja, o mnie i jeszcze raz ja
I am currently living in Edinburgh, I spend my life reading, writing and going to church or church related activities which is fun!!! I would love to travel all the time, selling jewellery and spinning fire poi to earn money. I also wish to become a photographer/artist, and to write at least one book, meet the love of my life who will come with me on my travels, have lots of children,dance, live and love, and learn new things all the time!!
Music
punk, emo, rock, old fashioned music, cheesy europop, randomness, celtic, worship music.... My fave bands include Oi Polloi, Mill a h-uile Rud, Latterman, The All American Rejects and, Runrig.
Films
Tipping the Velvet!! Fingersmith, Amelie, The Secret Garden, Vanity Fair, Pride & Predjudice (BBC Version), The L word.
Scared Of
the dark, clowns, getting to be 60 yrs old and have lots of regrets and what ifs and if onlys, angry people, crowds, sudden loud noises.
Happiest When
with friends, sitting on a beach, next to a bonfire, gazing up at the stars.

    It seems like ages and ages ago that I last wrote. I am still unemployed although with any luck not for much longer. It's not so much the actual unemployment that I mind rather people's reactions to it and the general brokeness of it, so hopefully something good will come along soon.

    I have become a christian since I last wrote and now 90% of my social life is connected with church and church activities, not that I am complaining I think it's awesome. :-D

    I am trying to decide what to do with my life in a more long term sense too. I'd quite like to return to uni and study again, I am also writing a book.

    Anyway, I am going off to the excitement that is ASDA.

  • Life in May 2008

    I thought that seeing as I hadn't written in around 6 months or so that I should write a quick update before I sign off. Life isn't overly exciting, I have to say, although I am hoping that this won't continue to be the case! I am still dreaming of a way that I can escape the routine of living in the suburbs, having to be in a 9-5 job (although currently I am not but shall soon need to be), doing the same sort of things day in and day out and having to live this life for the next 40 odd years until I retire and end up doing that minus the 9 - 5 job.

    Don't get me wrong there are many things in my life that I am thankful for and I am not unhappy, it just isn't how I want to live. Beltane, the biggest event in my life recently, was absolutley amazing, despite there being a few not so good things happening time. I have the most brilliant time doing it and I am looking forward to doing in again next spring, and to doing Samhainn this autumn, that is if I am still in Edinburgh!

  • Yay..it's almost christmas...I guess....sigh

    Yeah, can't say christmas and hogmany are exactly my favourite times of year but on a more cheery note. I got offered a job as a youth worker. Yay!. I'll be starting as soon as my disclosure clears.

    I wanna go back to Bosnia and to Slovenia, and I want to travel to Serbia..........I am still sad that I didn't get the job at Legabtra in Ljubljana. I guess I can try again next year but at least soon I shall have some money coming in and then I can maybe go off and help others again.
