1.How to recognise a munsterman and a leinsterguy.
Munsterman known for his fanaticism.typically, he was a seasonticket holder while still in the womb,the first words were "low lie the fields of Athenry", he proposed to his wife under the posts of Thomond park, while his front room is a shrine to the munster team who beat the All Blacks 12-0 in 1978.

Leinsterguy is also a dedicated animal. he wares the navy replica shirt even though it is an absolute 'mare to get collars to stand up and anyway it doesnt go wit his Ralph Lauren chinos, boat shoes or diesel shades. He hates the blow-ins, the guys who dont go to the games before the final. he after all has been folowing leinster forever, you know, since...well since the semi final.

2.So where these fans hang out?
Leinsterguy is a D4 dude. he swills Heino in Kielys of Donnybrook.he takes his wife to Roly's Bistro and his mistress to the Berkeley Court. he breaks into a cold sweat when he gets to close to the Liffey. He has it on good authority that they eat their young-or worse, wear white socks - on the North side. He'll watch on the box in the yacht club rather than apply for a passport when rugby moves to Croke Park.

His faith is all important to a Munsterman. three times a day he makes the pilgrimage to the sacred shrine of Thomond Park where, with fellow worshipperes, he gathers in silent contemplation. then its off to The Claw's pub(The Claw for non-beleivers is retired cult hero Peter Clohessy) for serious rugby talk. at least twice a week he attends to play Alone It Stands. When in Dublin, he will be found eating in Supermacs, drinking in The Palace bar and dancing in Coppor Face Jacks.

3.What they are most likely to say.
Leinsterguy cannot put together a sentance without uttering the word "roysh" (his pernounciation of right) 23 times. he also uses the word "like" as a noun, verb, adjective and adverb. for example: "you, like, see that guy, like, over ther, roysh, he is like, vaguely familiar, roysh" the guy is Brian o'Driscoll.

Munsterman talks about nothing other than rugby. there may be a giant meteor heading for earth, bird flu may be at pandemic levels and sellafeild may just have exploded, but so long as Ronan O'Gara's hamstring has recovered and Munsterman has snaffled 2tickets for the away game in Castres, then all is well with the world.

4.Where do they draw their support from?
MunsterMans spirtiual home of Limerick. But Munster are the Peoples Team. they are a movement with followers everywhere.Their supporters hail from every corner of the povince.

LeinsterGuy was educated at a fee paying shool, Flunked a commerce degree at UCD, before been set up by his old man legal or accountantcy practice. Socially he graduated from Wesley to Annabels to Lillies(VIP area) to Joys. He never heard of Kilbarrack and thinks Aldi is a terrorist movement!

5.Who are MusterMan and LeinsterGuys heroes
LeinsterGuy looks up to the very few richer than him. Anybody who is a member of the K Club, Drives a Bentley or who has an executive box in Old Trafford.

MunsterMan reveres Gaillimh (Mick Galwey),Claw,Moss Keane,Ronan O'Gara, Peter Stringer, Paul O'Connell and the guy who stole Trevelyan's corn.
