  • You can’t stop the beat.!

    So what have I been up, well not much really, though I am hook on SKY 1 Hairspray: the High School Musical, which in turn has hook me on Hairspray, and musicals in general. If you’re a regular read you would have known that I did the panto at my local dram group, which I hope to do again this year. A lot of my extended family are involved in the Arts in one way or other, my cousin was runner-up, to Jesse Buckely who can second in the show to find a new Nancy on BBC at this yeas awards for musical an drama in best actress in a musical category. I’ve always felt at home on a stage , and if things went different I could have ended up doing drama instead of science. I love the sense of be part of some thing, the fun behind stage and entertaining people.

    I hope to go a see the West End production of Hairspray before the year is out , though I doubt I'll see Broadway one as it closes in January. I‘m also going to get in contact with more dram groups in my area once I pass my driving test. Below are two of my favourite scenes from Hairspray so enjoy and remember You can’t stop the beat.!
