Seems like an eternity since I been on this bebo site. I am kept busy in tickle with over 40 groups of my own or ones that I co-host and the assistance I give Kimhelper. I just don't seem to have any spare time anymore.

btw, the mark on the wall is to show I was here. lol

I'm really pleased to see the new features here. The homepage skins are a great idea. I am currently downloading Bebo-Skype so I will see how it works in a little while. I see we have quizzes and a comment spot now. I haven't tried them yet (I don't think), although I do think I recall something about a quiz so I may have tried that. I just can't remember for sure.

I have put a little time into another new site I have joined called BookCrossing. You know the feeling you get after reading a book that speaks to you, that touches your life, a feeling that you want to share it with someone else? BookCrossing.com gives you a simple way to share books with the world, and follow their paths forever!

The "3 Rs" of BookCrossing...

1. Read a good book (you already know how to do that)
2. Register it here (along with your journal comments), get a unique BCID (BookCrossing ID number), and label the book
3. Release it for someone else to read (give it to a friend, leave it on a park bench, donate it to charity, "forget" it in a coffee shop, etc.), and get notified by email each time someone comes here and records journal entries for that book. And if you make Release Notes on the book, others can Go Hunting for it and try to find it!

Today we went to bingo around noon. I was so surprised when we stopped to pick up Anne and she was still in the shower. LOL We had a good time. I made a few dollars selling pop and I think Anne bingoed, at least I think she did since she treated us to supper at KFC. I tried the new bacon melt (It's not that great!). After that we went shopping and near the end of the day I noticed I was running low on gasoline so I looked in at the gas station. Can you imagine my surprise when I saw the price? It was 89.9 cents/liter!!! In the morning when we were going to bingo I saw the price was 64.9 cents/liter. It went up 25 cents during the day. I was shocked!

I didn't fill my tank, I bought $15.00 worth instead. I think it will come down again in a day or two (I hope!!!).

So now I am eating bar-b-q potato chips and writing in my journal. What did you do all day?
