Transformers was good. Lots of explosions, shiny fighting robots. More than likely to be a third one.

  • Laws of anime physics

#1 - Law of Metaphysical Irregularity
The normal laws of physics do not apply.

#2 - Law of Differentiated Gravitation
Whenever someone or something jumps, is thrown, or otherwise is rendered airborne, gravity is reduced by a factor of 4.

#3 - Law of Sonic Amplification, First Law of Anime Acoustics
In space, loud sounds, like explosions, are even louder because there is no air to get in the way.

#4 - Law of Constant Thrust, First Law of Anime Motion
In space, constant thrust equals constant velocity.

#5 - Law of Mechanical Mobility, Second Law of Anime Motion
The larger a mechanical device is, the faster it moves. Armored Mecha are the fastest objects known to human science.

#6 - Law of Temporal Variability
Time is not a constant. Time stops for the hero whenever he does something 'cool' or 'impressive'. Time slows down when friends and lovers are being killed and speeds up whenever there is a fight.

#7 - First Law of Temporal Mortality
'Good Guys' and 'Bad Guys' both die in one of two ways - either so quick they don't even see it coming, OR it's a long drawn out affair where the character gains much insight to the workings of society, human existence or why the toast always lands butter side down.

#8 - Second Law of Temporal Mortality
It takes some time for bad guys to die... regardless of physical damage. Even when the 'Bad Guys' are killed so quickly they didn't even see it coming, it takes them a while to realize they are dead. This is attributed to the belief that being evil damages the Reality Lobe of the brain.

#9 - Law of Dramatic Emphasis
Scenes involving extreme amounts of action are depicted with either still frames or black screens with a slash of bright color (usually red or white).

#10 - Law of Dramatic Multiplicity
Scenes that only happen once, for instance, a 'Good Guy' kicks the 'Bad Guy' in the face, are seen at least 3 times from 3 different angles.

#11 - Law of Inherent Combustibility
    Everything explodes. Everything.

    First Corollary -
    Anything that explodes bulges first.

    Second Corollary -
Large cities are the most explosive substances known to human science. Tokyo in particular seems to be the most unstable of these cities, sometimes referred to as "The Matchstick City".

#12 - Law of Phlogistatic Emission
Nearly all things emit light from fatal wounds.

#13 - Law of Energetic Emission
There is always an energy build up (commonly referred to as an energy 'bulge') before Mecha or space craft weapons fire. Because of the explosive qualities of weapons, it is believed that this is related to the Law of Inherent Combustibility.

#14 - Law of Inverse Lethal Magnitude
The destructive potential of any object/organism is inversely proportional to its mass.

    First Corollary -
Small and cute will always overcome big and ugly. Also known as the A-Ko phenomenon.

    #15 - Law of Inexhaustibility
No one *EVER* runs out of ammunition. That is of course unless they are cornered, out-numbered, out-classed, and unconscious.

#16 - Law of Inverse Accuracy
The accuracy of a 'Good Guy' when operating any form of fire-arm increases as the difficulty of the shot increases. The accuracy of the 'Bad Guys' when operating fire-arms decreases when the difficulty of the shot decreases. (Also known as the Storm trooper Effect) Example: A 'Good Guy' in a drunken stupor being held upside down from a moving vehicle will always hit, and several battalions of 'Bad Guys' firing on a 'Good Guy' standing alone in the middle of an open field will always miss.

    First Corollary -
The more 'Bad Guys' there are, the less likely they will hit anyone or do any real damage.

    Second Corollary -
Whenever a 'Good Guy' is faced with insurmountable odds, the 'Bad Guys' line up in neat rows, allowing the hero to take them all out with a single burst of automatic fire and then escape.

    Third Corollary -
Whenever a 'Good Guy' is actually hit by

  • Rules of the Internet

These aren't the original rules, the original rules were much better in every way. And while these rules hold mostly true, for they have arisen from the 3 rules (1,34, and 35) that were not forgotten, they do not have the same awesomeness of the original 36 rules. Finding in archives the html containing the original 36 is equivalent better than finding the Holy Grail.

    1. Do not talk about /b/
    2. DO NOT talk about /b/
    3. We are Anonymous
    4. Anonymous is legion
    5. Anonymous never forgives
    6. Anonymous can be horrible, senseless, uncaring monster
    7. Anonymous is still able to deliver
    8. There are no real rules about posting
    9. There are no real rules about moderation either - enjoy your ban
    10. If you enjoy any rival sites - DON'T
    11. All your carefully picked arguments can easily be ignored
    12. Anything you say can and will be used aganist you
    13. Anything you say can and will be turned into something else - fixed
    14. Do not argue with trolls - it means that they win
    15. The harder you try the harder you will fail
    16. If you fail in epic proportions, it may just become a winning failure
    17. Every win fails eventually
    18. Everything that can be labeled can be hated
    19. The more you hate it the stronger it gets
    20. Nothing is to be taken seriously
    21. Original content is original only for a few seconds before getting old
    22. Copypasta is made to ruin every last bit of originality
    23. Copypasta is made to ruin every last bit of originality
    24. Every repost is always a repost of a repost
    25. Relation to the original topic decreases with every single post
    26. Any topic can be easily turned into something totally unrelated
    27. Always question a person's sexual preferences without any real reason
    28. Always question a person's gender - just in case it's really a man
    29. In the internet all girls are men and all kids are undercover FBI agents
    30. There are no girls on the internet
    31. TITS or GTFO - the choice is yours
    32. You must have pictrues to prove your statement
    33. Lurk more - it's never enough
    34. There is porn of it, no exceptions
    35. If no porn is found at the moment, it will be made
    36. There will always be more fucked up shit than you just saw
    37. You can not divide by zero (just because the calculator says so)
    38. No real limits of any kind apply here - not even the sky
    39. CAPSLOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL!
    40. EVEN WITH CRUISE CONTROL YOU STILL HAVE TO STEER
    41. Desu isn't funny. Seriously guys. It's worse than Chuck Norris jokes
    42. Nothing is Sacred.
    43. The more beautiful and pure a thing is - the more satisfying it is to corrupt it
    44. Even one positive comment about Japanese things can make you a weeaboo
    45. When one sees a lion, one must get into the car
    46. There is always furry porn of it
    47. The pool is always closed
    48. Do Not turn your back on Anonymous. Do not Betray Anonymous. Anonymous does not forget and neither should you. What Anonymous gives, Anonymous can take away. We control everything.

These are the rules of the internet, as acruattly depict them anyway. If you think I have left out any drop me a comment:D

  • Ten Commandments of Mathematics

    1. Thou shalt read Thy problem.

    2. Whatsoever Thou doest to one side of ye equation, Do ye also to the other.

    3. Thou must use Thy "Common Sense",
else Thou wilt have flagpoles 9,000 feet in height, yea ... even fathers younger than sons.

    4. Thou shalt ignore the teachings of false prophets to do work in Thy head.

    5. When Thou knowest not, Thou shalt look it up, and if Thy search still elude Thee, Then Thou shalt ask the all-knowing teacher.

    6. Thou shalt master each step before putting Thy heavy foot down on the next.

    7. Thy correct answer does not prove that Thou hast worked Thy problem correctly. This argument convincest none, least of all, Thy teacher.

    8. Thou shalt first see that Thou hast copied Thy problem correctly before bearing false witness that the answer book lieth.

    9. Thou shalt look back even unto Thy youth and remember Thy arithmetic.

10.Thou shalt learn, speak, write, and listen correctly in the language of mathematics, and verily A's and B's shall follow Thee even unto graduation.

wow, 4am good luck with that! You mite catch up with ur sleep on the plane! How long's the flight?

A lot of courses seem to give a choice of topics. We were given ideas of what we could pick based on the research our lecturers r doin at the minute, but if we didn't want any of them we cud pick absolutely anything we wanted as long as it was remotely physio related......
