I used to work in Woolworths until it shut. I now work in Cineworld. Its cool job. Its fresh compared to same old shifts and what not in Big W. I still miss the peeps from Big W though. A lot of good people and banter was there!

Who wants to be an extra in my film?
I'm desperate here. Looking for background extras for my TV Pilot, The Crews. It's aimed to be the Scotish Sopranos! We are filming a scene on friday the 10th of April at the Buff Club in town. We need a load of people to be background extras in the nightclub scene that involves a conversation between two characters.
If you want to be in the scene come along to The Butterfly and The Pig Pub at 4pm. We wil be filming until 7pm. The Butterfly and The Pig is a pub at 153 Bath Street and is Connected to The Buff Club.
Dress trendy if u can as its supposed to be a nightclub. :-) There will be someone at the bar to met extras. if you're unsre just ask at the bar that you are here for the filming in the Buff Club.
Would be great to see a handful of youse there! :-)

Sleep...zzzzz
I sent to sleep last night at 8.30 and got up today at about 12.00. Madness that is, but based on very few hours of sleep. Monday night was working til ten went to bed late, up early for filming The Crews. Then Tuesday night was up late preparing for next day of Crews as I was working from 11 the next day. Worked from 11-5.30 then worked on The Crews until 2-3 in the morning. Hit the hay about 4 and got up at 11.30 to go see a few films at the cinema. Then That night ended up satying up til half past 2 in the morning editing one of the scenes we filmed in The Crews. Then I was up early the next day about 8.00 for work in the cinema.
So it seems like last night I slept for about 16 hours, wow! Which equals but a few more hours in and of the three nights combined.
5 hours on monday night
5 and a half hours on tuesday night
7 and a half hours on wednesday night

Britain get to france!
I really REALLY hate the British term. I mean anyone can argue to me all they want saying i am british, but am not. I'm Scottish! There's no such thing as British. You're English, Scottish, Welsh, Irisih and thats that. The island we stay on is called Britiain, but thats about all you get me to admit to.
If someone said to me are you pride to be british I'd say I am not british and I cannot even have a feeling of british pride. I can say i am Scottish with pride because thats where i was born and where I come from. if I was offered an OBE for doing something great like maybe I became a really famous film-maker, LOL, and I was offeredn an OBE for services to the British film Industry, LOL. I'd knock it back. I would no have any interest in receiving it.
So! The thing that gets me is that yesterday and today Andy Murray was the british sensation rocking up at Wimbeldon. He was in the paper holding a british falg. Cumon Andy, what you all about? Get that flag to france!
The thing is when you're winning the media proclaimes you as bein british and all that crap, but when you loose you're Scottish. It boiled my blood that yesterday on the wimbeldon website they had Murray down as being the british senesation that made a great comeback and then today the head line is all about him being a Scot.
I Quote when he was winning:

So that raises the question. If you're a winner and a success then you're british. If you're a loser then you're Scottish. Well I'd rather be a Scottish loser than a british winner.
End of the day I'm Scottish so thats a winner for me.
My dad had always told me this tale that when you're winning you're british and when you're losing they call you a Scot. I thought maybe that was a mis-conception, but I couldn't believe my eyes.

Im working as a support worker now in Lanark for a homecare company but aswell as being in the homes helping service users im in day care centre where i take a guy with cerebal palsay i really like it so far dead nice emotional job,making a dif in someones life.

Hi there colin, thanks for adding me, i was talking to bobba last night in the casino and he said he was at a screening for a new tv show,and i knew straight away it was the crews! I had heard about it from robert harrison a few month back, i was doing extra work on a 18th cntury courtroom drama called garrows law, and i met him there.He is a nice guy and very eager.You might also know another guy i was working with, he is a runner on the neds fil that im doing just now, his name is sean boyle,i think he was on the crews with you too. Anyway congratulations on that m8, it looks very interesting and im looking forward to seeing some of your work colin. Keep in touch and keep up the good work.Oh and if you need any actors or have any auditions in the future let me know please,as im always availiable,especially for filming, as its hobby and life long dream. Why thank you. I think I just got carried away with seeing Bale as John Connor. I've been waiting for a decent actor to play the grown up version for years. I would agree the other actors out shone him in some parts.
I wasn't really knackered coz I was taking panadol with added caffiene for my throat. Since I don't really do caffiene I was kind of buzzing lol.
I've had my cineworld card for a while now. That's the first time I actually got proper use out of it though. Methinks come the winter months I'll probably be using it A LOT.
So how's you anyway, any projects on the go?
