Tutto su di me: I teach Karate, Mixed Martial Arts, Ju-Jitsu, Submission Grappling and Reality-based Self-defense. We are the founding organisation of competitive Ju-Jitsu and Submission Grappling in the region. My clubs can be found in East London and Gonubie, South Africa.
