- Steve Angello (aka Steve Josefsson Fragogiannis) is a Swedish DJ and producer in the electronic music segment. Aside from producing as himself he co-produces with Sebastian Ingrosso under several aliases including Mode Hookers and Buy Now. Like most producers he has been part of many smaller projects as well, including the track Woz Not Woz together with Eric Prydz. He is also a part of what is known as the Swedish House Maffia together with Sebastian Ingrosso, Eric Prydz and Axwell.
He is currently the owner of the record label Size.
Steve Angello grew up in a crime family in Athens, and watched his father die at 13 years of age. Determined not to follow the family's criminal traditions, music took the better of him. He started out as a Turntablist, fusing hip-hop, breakbeats and 70's classics, in the club life of Stockholm.
Some of his most notable work include the remix of Moby's hit single 'Raining Again' and his 2006 remix of Bronski Beat's Smalltown Boy, Tell Me Why,

Vacation !!
WOW i needed this !!!!!!!! ..
i´v been on vcation for a couple of days and i´m enjoying it so much i wish i had a lifetime vacation in the sun ! i´m still in cartagena and it´s really beautiful the way the "old town" is built , it´s like an old castle and they have built a small city inside , it feels like i´m back in the day when they lived here . It´s super exotic and different from any other place i have been to , the weather is great , the hotel is beautiful and the food is amazing . I´m just laying on the Roof -Top Pool all day and relaxing with my girlfriend . i´m off to Brazil the 10th for yet another tour and i´m really looking forward to it , after a couple of days off i really feel the need to play some records ! i´m loaded with new stuff and i´m ready to go
. i´m Starting of the tour in Sao Paulo doing a club called "Disco" the 12th , then on the 13th i´m going to "Confraria" in Florianopolis , i´ll probably stay in Florianopolis for a couple of days by the coast to get some more sun after that i´m playing "Cozumel" in Belo Horizonte and finishing of at Privilege in Rio (Buzios) , after that i´m off home ! get some work in the studio and get my ass back on the european roads for some more gigs !!!

Summer Dance Festival - Colombia
Hi . Just Started the South American Tour !! I´m in Cartagena (Colombia) , The festival is really good the lineups are huge and the athmosphere is on top ! yesterday i played with José Nunez , Harry Romero & Roger Sanchez , the setup was huge and the place ware going off when i arrived there , Jose was rocking it and so did Harry , i opened up with Sander Van Doorn "Grasshopper"
after that Faithless "Insomnia"(the Rene Amesz Booty) and built my way up to "Teasing Mr.Charlie" and Buy Now "For Sale", one of the BIGGEST tracks must have been a new track i just did with Sebastian and Luke , it´s Called "It" . HUGE !!!!!!
Roger came on after me and did a great job , he played a bit more clubby/big room then what he usualy does and it was rocking , until the polise came and shut down the festival , to bad cause the place was rocking .
i´m well prepared now for Brazil , i will let u all know how it goes ! ..

Hi Guys . Hope your all enjoying the new year ! 2006 went really fast and it was a really fun year , i met allot of nice people and did allot of amazing clubs and festivals around the globe , 2007 will hopefully be as good !! allot of exciting stuff will be happening , the label will have some really strong releases and i have been collaborating with Sebastian Ingrosso , Laidback Luke , Axwell and David Guetta . I´m really pumped for 2007 i´m gonna put more time in to my label then ever before and i will work as much in the studio as possible , it´s something i have been missing allot during the time i´v been out travelling . i just want to thank u all for an amazing year ! i wish u all the best in 2007 and hopefully i´ll see u at the gigs !!0 Comments 1048 days
