      Hi Lisa...just been nosy on bebo...reading about your running....i know im not an expert but i believe that speed is not important...especially if you trying to lose weight....ive read lots on running etc...apparently you burn more fat if you go slow and steady...so you are going at an aerobic pace where you can talk etc...if youre trying to beat your time each time you are kinda of racing it youre doing it anaerobic pace instead...anaerobic is huffing puffing if you know what i mean....(Distance running uses aerobic energy and short fast running uses anaerobic energy)
      you better to go long and slow....not worry about the time it takes you....when you can run further like up to an hour the weight will just fall off...good luck...

      Do you still need to know how to get to my work, will anyway if you know where Hutt Park Round about is, you go straight through that round about, then go straight through the next round about, then turn first right, then first left, follow that road around and you are on my street. Work place is called Strait Freight. And 1pm is a good time for me. See ya tomorrow, in case you don't have my cell phone number I have sent it via private mail.

      The run went great yesterday - what a buzz doing 17ks, you should do it next year.. its such a lovely course, bit scary going through some of the tunnels....

      Nothing really exciting happening this end of the woods, just work work work, housework, sleep, eat, shit, you know just the usual!!!!!

      YOU COULD OF WALKED 17K...IF GEORGIE AND I CAN RUN IT YOU CAN WALK IT..WE JUST TOOK OUR TIME. CANT BELIVE I MADE IT. THE FURTHEREST GEORGIE AND I HAVE EVER RAN IS 12.5K. IT IS A GREAT TRACK TO DO, I REALLY ENJOYED GOING THROUGH THE OLD RAILWAY TUNNELS.

      I ONLY JUST STARTED MY NEW JOB ON TUESDAY AND SO FAR IM LOVING IT. IM IN WITH THE 0-2YEAR OLDS, DOES NOT FEEL LIKE A JOB AT ALL. HAVE ALREADY BECOME ATTACHED TO A 6MONTH OLD BABY GIRL AND SHE LOVES ME. SHOULD OF DONE A JOB LIKE THIS YEARS AGO, ITS SO ME!!!

      Hey getting closer to 40yo sister

      Their names are Suzanne, Stephanie and Gail so nope there is no Jennifer....

      Knee is getting no better...must be old age huh :L :L I guess I will have to go to the doctors, get them to check it out they will probably just say it is overuse, even through I haven't used it much in the last week......but at least I am still not smoking it has been 17wks now :D :D :D :D

      So does anyone have any idea what is happening on boxing day this year???

      hi Lisa how are you? thought i would you warn about the junkmail....there is a thick warehouse brochure....i think 50 to a bundle...they are for the monday lot that i drop off...but they have delivered them early to the depo...so i think i will probably pick them up tomorrow (sunday) and drop them off....otherwise the load will be to heavy on monday....have a good day...take care...

      THOSE SPRAY THINGS DO COST ALOT SO I'LL WAIT UNTIL I FINISH UP AT STIRLINGS AND WAIT FOR MY PAY OUT (OH I HOPE I GET A GOOD ONE) AND BUY ONE. YESTERDAY WAS THE WORSE EVER DAY FOR THEM, GOT UP YESTERDAY MORNING AND SAW ALOT OF THEM ON MY PANTRY DOOR, I OPENED IT AND THEY WERE EVERYWHERE.....AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! IVE BEEN IN THIS HOUSE FOR OVER 3 YEARS NOW AND THE ANTS ONLY STARTED COMING ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. THEY HAVE BEEN IN MY CRAP NEXT TO MY COMPUTER AND BOOKCASE. THEY HAVE BEEN ON MY COUCH CAUSE DAEL LEFT A TINY BIT OF FOOD ON IT, UNDER MY SINK IN THE KITCHEN WHERE THERE IS NO FOOD WAT SO EVER....IT DRIVES ME CRAZY. THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN CRAWLING UP ABOVE JARRADS BED....HES SCARED OF THEM. THEY ARE DISCUSTING YUCKY BUGS!!!!
