    I've been noticing when I go buy clothes that people who look like they weigh more than i do are buying smaller clothes than I am buying. How is it that someone looks bigger but is actually smaller?

  • Exercise

    I hate to excerise but I need to. so for the last two weeks I've been walking 2 miles everyday after work. I started running today and thought I was going to pass out! I could not breathe but my friend kept pushing me making me run. I know I looked a hot mess out there trying to run. I can hardly walk 2 miles let alone run it. Any way I'm gonna keep up with it becuz I have a weight loss goal. i'm gonna start doing some crunches to work on my abs. just thought I'd share
