i was joking and i totaly agree. i shall never have any impact on the world as a whole. i will however have an impact on the people i meet and spend time with(for whatever reasson) and along the way theres gonna be some good times and some bad times. its called life.

In philosophical terms the collective is more powerful at deducing a consensus by means of their critical mass alone; an austerous individual, no matter how filled with fact, could be extra-erronous because his sources were inferior or stupid, which Wikipedia removes the need for. Their moderation policy is actually quite tough; I know, because I was one for several weeks before being permabanned.

There's 15300 Aspergers 'sufferers' existing. That may not be significant to you, but we could easily make a DPRK-style collective with these numbers, which I'd like.

I thought 3 - 4 on the fat index was the minimum for males and 13 - 14 for females? (I was researching this funnily enough the other week on Wikipedia, which proves that I put in some effort beforehand)

no amount of aerobics cant help you lose weight. you quite simply need to get your heart pumping,work up a sweat y'know.

skipping is a good form of exercise that can be done in a small space. and it is satisfying to watch yourself improve.
take my advice,this is one thing i know what im talking about. i am pretty much a fitness freak. on that note bmi is total bullshit its somthing to do with you height and weight yes but has no connetion to percentage fat. most rugby players have very high bmis as they are so tall and heavy. fat index is what you shpould cionsider. anything between 20 and 25 is normal (mine is around 15 )
