A heart is a most fragile thing, though I play with it as a kitten would a ball of yarn. I bat it this way and that, placing my will upon it, yet I am astounded when it dissapears under the couch, out of reach. I too play with love, and toy with it, I stretch it, pull it, twist it. And then, when the line is crossed, and I am over it, lost in a dark, uncomforting world... I seem to want to return, back over the border, back to happiness. Alas... where am I left? After everything, once again am I to be left alone and destitute? Calling for my Angel, hoping for a forgiveness that was never earned? Why... when I have searched for words, the words she needed to hear, even in the form of perhaps a most simple sentance, why do they come, when they are unneeded, unwanted, flowing from a vessel of inspiration that feeds from the loneliness I so deperately try to hide. Like life-blood from a mortal wound, my words flow, from my fingertips into the netherworld that is this blog. To be seen by any and all, to have me judged as they will. And I, uncaring, continue to write, continue to pour forth the lament that is my souls cry of pain, an animilistic bellow of rage, rage that I could not find the words earlier, and only manage a monotonous grunt. Why am I mocked, with a gift that only ever manifests in the throws of a painful, broken heart. I curse this muse, this inspiration, for it leads me not into the arms of my beloved, nor away, but only ever seems to bring me back to the start. And the words I manage, are never adequate, for I know I possess an ability above most, a grasp of a language that time and time again recieves praise. And now, as the life-blood runs dry of the drained corpse that is me, as my words dwindle and fade, I am left in sorrow, an inescapable darkness, for I know, in regret, that I will post this, and recieve what is due...
My angel... forgive me of my foolishness... I am still the fool, the one who never grew old... Never grew up... Never learned from his mistakes. The last thing I ever wanted, was to lose you and now that a future with you looks like it is close at hand, I find myself back to my old ways... ruining all I have worked for... I am a being of destruction and mayhem, sowing sorrow in my wake. With soft decietful smiles I capture the hearts of friends, and as in my eyes a darkness forms... I slowly crush what has grown. Know, my angel, my first love, my truest love, that I live for you... that this heart is capable of change, and that I work towards it every day.
And to those of you I have hurt, my friends and those closer still, I apologise, for I am... it seems only human, and do what our kind does best. Although furthest from our intentions, we are creatures of destruction and ignorance, and I ask that of you forgive me, for although beings of mayhem, we are saved in our ability to love and forgive.

Poetry is not a thing to be written down and be forgotten, it is to be read, enjoyed, to inspire and amuse, to uplift the fallen, and humble the hard hearted. Poetry is basicly song that plays to the beat of your heart, and is always interpreted a little differently by every new reader.
I love poetry, because like a song, I can relate to it, I love the anonimity of the verses, allowing it to be applied to my life, or your life, if you read my poems xD

But mostly I write poetry because I can put a sentance together, and I like to rhym =]
And... boredom... lots of boredom...

OH! AND! INSPARATION! Inspiration in any form helps =]
