- AirSpiel are a 3 piece indie-disco outfit and new boys to the London scene. Originally hailing from Glasgow, the band have enjoyed massive success on the Scottish live circuit as well as securing countless sales of their previous album from as far afield as Japan and Australia.
Beginning as a ‘traditional’ indie band back in 2006, their highlights from the past 3 ½ years included supporting Deacon Blue and The Saw Doctors. AirSpiel are far more than a live band, having secured various slots on daytime national and regional radio as well as a Radio2 spot with Steve Lamacq.
Despite their great success the band have decided to take the leap and head towards their true calling - the pulsating upbeat and impossibly catchy sounds of Indie Disco. The new sound is already being hailed a success by fans and industry alike and the band are looking forward to repeating and increasing their success from north of the border right here in London.

Fancy a few festive frosty beverages?
Just to let you know that we have our next Glasgow gig at King Tuts on Friday 4 December. Doors are at 8:30pm. It's Johnny AirSpiel's birthday so feel free to come along and ply him with drink / give him a wedgie
Tickets are a mere £5 sterling for what will be our last gig of 2009. If you're up for coming along, give one of the band a shout and we will sort you out with a ticket. Hopefully see you there for a night of epic indie disco goodness!

Glasgow Update
Alright troops!
Just to let you know that we will be hitting Glasgow with our new Indie Disco sound on Friday 23rd October at Box on Sauchiehall Street. As ever, admission is free. Red Stripe anyone?!

London Update
Alright troops!
Just to say a big thank you to everyone who came along to our gig at a hot and sweaty Water Rats. We had a great night, and hope you did too.
We have our next London gig on Sunday 1 November at:

We will be on from 8:45pm - 9:15pm (which hopefully won't change this time!). Tickets are £8 on the door, or £5 if you can make it for 8pm and are on the Early Bird list. Just let one of us know and we will put you on the list!
We have been pretty busy in the last few weeks and are in discussions with a dance label to get a dance remix done on one of our tracks. We will let you know when it's nearly finished, so you can get yer glow sticks and boiler suits ready :-)
