Turning on your radio is an everyday event, you wake up, stumble over and prick your ears to the ramblings of a fat man with a smooth radio voice and the intention of playing every crap tune he can. The radio comforts you, your safe and happy listening to it whilst eating your slightly burnt marmite on toast BUT, something dark lurks within .... something terrible.... yes friends, i am refering to when you wander over to your hi-fi and poke the on switch (that blissful 2 seconds whilst the monster awakens come and go) the BAM!!! Your radio is ear shatteringly loud!!!

A startled look fires across your face as you stumble around in a failing search for the volume control buttons. Your chair jumps out of nowhere and flail over it, hitting the ground with a painful thud as you roll around in despair clutching your delicate ears. The radio is so LOUD that the whole block of houses is shaking, dogs across the estate unite in troubled howls. your stuff rains down from above, dive-bombing off the ill hung shelves, striking your shaking body!!

Then the realization slaps you in the face....

 NNSSSSSSSSS did it!!!!

Then, rather conviniently.... the radio Dj decides to give that famous tune from close enounters of the third kind a spin, rapidly followed by the theme tune from the twilight zone....
