As an organisation, Unearthed is determined that along with the responsbility of promoting and developing each models talents, knowledge and experiences in the fashion and advertising industries that we stay focused to our objective to secure our models the skills to gain meaningful and profitable employment within the fashion realm. The organisations prominent reputation furnishes us the comfortable security of being discerning as to the caliber of models we choose to mold. By properly engaging and nurturing our talent, Unearthed Indigenous Womens Productions will continue to strive to maintain its recognition and respect as a leading Indigenous model training organisation both in Australia as well as the major markets all over the world.

Bush Couture is Unearthed's wearable art label. Nicholas Donlen has designed and created his pieces for this label from raw matrials found within mother nature, displaying a cultural aspect in an unexpected way.

The project uses Art, Fashion, Mother Nature, Runway and Modelling as a way of giving young Indigenous people a time and a place to shine, another way of expressing themselves without having to verbally speak.
Pretty 1 Any 1 is a creative design and fashion development workshop program for young people from Aboriginal and TSI backgrounds aiming to empower, explore and motivate.
~*~ Unearthed 2008 Calender ~*~
Utilizing the idea and theme of the calendar we hope to “unearth” the beauty of Indigenous women of Australia. This calendar is a contemporary look at the diversity of Aboriginal Culture in Australia. We endeavor to release this calendar to compete in the marketplace by providing customers a different representation of Indigenous Australian Women. Unearthed Indigenous Productions aims to produce this calendar annually, by utilizing the talents of up and coming Indigenous models and professional artists.

    • 9th Fashion Show "Bush Couture"

      Thank you to all the Models who participated in the fashion show today, the show was a success and their where great reviews. Unearthed would also like to thank the workers Sj (MakeUp), Shtep (Hair) Bowman (Backstage) and Sharnee (Mc). We would also like to thank Brisbane City Council, Brisbane Marketing and Black Drum for Sponsoring and making the show proceed. Thank you to all our Elders, Brothers, Sisters, Organisations and representatives to take take the time to come along and supporting Our Beauty and Talents.
      We look forward to seeing you at our next show.

    • Hairdresser in Brisbane

      Our last photoshoot in Brisbane is Taking place nxt weekend down the gold coast, and due to unforeseen circumstances, our hairdresser is unable to come. If you are or know anyone that is a hairdresser, skilled in upstyles and is available nxt tues and wed (28th & 29th) of September please call Bec or Myself on 0415 714 888 or 0411 776 882. Although we cannot pay, your name appears in the calender, and it you will get a great opportunity and experience working alongside up and coming Aboriginal models.

    • This Happens Far Too Often....

      In regard to the negative & embarrassing comments that the unidentified moron calling himself "BR" has been posting on peoples pages, Both Bec, Wayne & myself wud like 2 express how disgusted & saddened we are. Despite this, to all those that "BR" has decided to run down.... keep your head up & stay strong!! As Indigenous people, we have stood proud and overcome struggles and discrimination long before watever "BR" is came along!!
