Ok, here it is...

2008 was shit! Period!
2009 didn't get off to a great start either.
So last night I went and joined a swimming club to get active again and back into the pool with the goal of doing competitive swimming.
Then I realised how much work I've got to do for this month and decided I need a holiday.

After wondering where on earth to go I came up with the awesome idea of flying out to somewhere and then making my way back through other means.

So here's my initial thoughts...

Fly from Aberdeen to Vienna...
...then go to Salzburg...
...onto Munich...
...down to Zurich...
...along to Lyon...
...a visit to Toulouse...
...then up to Paris...
...onwards to London...
....and homeward bound to Dundee and Aberdeen!!!

According to google maps it'll take 1 day and 14 hours of travelling time. So I'm looking to get it done in ten days so that I can chill here and there and visit the sites
In total it'll be 6 countries. 3 speaking German, 2 speaking English and 1 speaking French.
The aim is to leave the 6th of June...exactly 6 months from now...and seeing as I planned a ten day road trip 18 months ago in two months I'm confident I can get this sorted!!!
