The Speech for our little Angel Fern...I miss you so so much
Sometimes there are real angels put onto this planet, and Fern was definetly one of them. We all have our own special memories of our Ferny Poo, so many brilliant stories we could be here for weeks if we tried to re tell them. All of us share in the view that she was just simply the most amazing girl. So care-free, her bubbly fun loving attitude was totally infectious and she lit up any room she was in. Her personality shone through even during sad times. She was the most loyal of friends; any of us could count on her in a time of need for a shoulder to cry on or to just get cheered up with a right good giggle!
Our beautiful party girl always knew how to put the wild into the ridiculous amounts of wild nights out we had! She was (usually) the last girl standing with an empty bottle of peach schnapps in one hand and her yellow shoes in the other.
Despite partying hard Fern worked hard to get to uni, for her anything was achievable- if she wanted it you just know she was going to get it- and she totally deserved it too!
When she moved into her flat in university halls Fern’s personality made it impossible not to make new friends, and one of her flatmates has described what their flat is like now…
.
“The flat feels so empty now with out Fern here. Moving in at the start was so hard, but Fern made such an effort to get to know all of us and we had so many brilliant times together. She was such a wonderful person and we were all such good friends. We are all so privileged to have known her, and she will be so missed. We are just so happy we got to meet her and be her friend. We’re so glad we have such great memories of our time together. We love her and will miss her so much.”
All of Ferns friends will miss her more than anything. From Primary school to University that girl has made us smile so much along the way. She was just the most wonderful chick; she will always, always be a special part of all of our lives. Every one of us has a little bit of Fern’s personality in us and we are better people for it.
Fern, our special angel, we hope you are looking down on us and helping us in all the decisions we make in our lives because every time we look up at the sky towards the stars we will be thinking about you. We miss and love you so so so much and always will. Lub Lub xx
