an arm chair West Ham fan who goes to a few games, but is increasingly disinterested in football as a whole.

Like to think of myself as a mountain goat, inherently fit without having to do too much exercise over and above the odd run.

Reading a crime fiction novel by george pelecanos, Ian Rankin, Christopher Brookmyre or anything by Christopher Buckley.
At a gig, trying to get on stage, having had a few beers with my mates.
Spending time with my daughter Minnie and wife Claire, hearing them giggle.
Skiing out of control down a black run and making it to the bottom in one piece.
