- We're back! and better! W.I.P.A a.k.a 'Who Is Paul Anyway?' have been away in search of Paul the evil genius who hauts our lifes. Unfortunately we have not found him yet but the search has pointed W.I.P.A in a whole new direction! We have designed a new headquarters in Swhalifigi and a whole new system and a bunch of new weapons. Welcome to a new generation...the W.I.P.A silver age!
W.I.P.A are still recruiting new members so take the member standardizing test! It is believed that Paul may have an accomplis!!!

- W.I.P.A was founded by Lydia F and Anna M of Ireland. They started W.I.P.A as they were very irritated by the fact that neither of them knew who the hell Paul was. The girls are gods in the eyes of W.I.P.A. They have come far and even have (mainly blurry) pictures of Paul! In their spare time they like to plot completely un-evil schemes, search the worlds for Paul and play sudoku!who doesnt like sudoku fun to say fun to do!!! W.I.P.A saluts you girls!

Winston will help with your quest. However he is a VERY tricky man to tie down. I suggest it's best to conduct your communications through his bebo page (or his yahoo email) for now. It was set up for that very reason.
I will accept your offer of otherhalfdom, this will be your own personal hotline to the Wisdom of Winston. Use it as you will.
However, know that you have not yet fully won Winstons trust. He is not certain of the validity of your quest and your accusations against Paul. He will be watching you carefully. Please do not dissapoint him.

Hi there, thanks for taking an interest in my quest, and becoming a fan of The Voice.
Winston is indeed a freindly fellow and he's well chuffed to have made yet another new pal!
However, he does have a few questions for you.....
1) If you don't know who Paul is - how can you be sure of his crimes?
2) How do you know his real name is Tony? Are you quite sure it's not Arnold?
3) Where did WIPA "come back" from??
4) How come there's a light in my fridge, but not in my freezer?
5) If water is transparent how come wet things become darker?
6) Do you know Winston Roache?
