What happened in the week of Monday 27th October to Friday 31th October


Hi Everyone,

So Belle ended up being okay. She did get a serious concussion from the accident though. Irene was saying she couldn’t remember what happened, but she thought somebody ran her off the road. But when the investigation of the crash was done, it was concluded that no other car was involved.

Natalie did a good job at causing havoc this week. She actually took Nicole out to The Sands bar, obviously knowing her daughter is under 18, and then got so drunk, she made Nicole drive home. Nicole doesn’t even have her license though! And she even made it a point to remind her mother of that. Nevertheless, she drove home and was stopped by the police. Luckily, it was Charlie who discovered her and she let her off. Nicole’s mum didn’t even seem phased by what happened though. Roman lectured Nicole once she got home, and in the following days, Charlie made it a point to make comments to both Nicole and Natalie about the incident. Nicole was pretty stand offish about Charlie’s lecturing, though. I don’t know what happened but it seems like Nicole and Natalie are getting on pretty well for the time being.

Some guy at The Sands made a pretty crude pass at Kirsty this week. She hadn’t even met him before and he was asking for her services. She ended up quitting on the spot that night. I guess she ran into Bartlett later on though and he offered her her job back. She ended up accepting it. Good for her for at least attempting to turn her life around I guess, although now I feel bad that Miles has to be working with her again. He doesn’t need to be put through that.

I didn’t even want to get into it, but I don’t see how I can’t talk about it now. I have no idea how I’m feeling lately. Miles really seems to be forgiving Kirsty in my eyes, and that’s just not right! He deserves SO much better than her. I don’t understand how he can just forget about everything she’s done to him. Irene let me have it at The Diner this week and then even Miles had a go at me. I don’t understand. I’m honestly so confused right now. How can Miles stick up for her? I don’t know what my feelings are about Miles. I’m just protective of him. I really want the best for him in the end. I don’t know…even Rach thinks I might have feelings for him again. Miles and I are spending some time apart for the time being. It’s probably for the best. I think I need to sort my feelings out..and soon.

Martha has been feeling really down and low lately. I guess she’s been really worried about her last chemo session. Not about the session in itself, but more afraid about what’s going to happen if it doesn’t work. That’s a scary thing to think about. She had herself all worked up about it this week. Once Jack realised this was how Martha was feeling, he let her know that she doesn’t need to worry about the future and that she needs to just focus on living today. It convinced Martha and she did end up going through with her last chemo session.

Melody has acted very out of character this week! That girl has just not been herself if you ask me. She was so stuck on Geoff that she set her mind to do whatever it takes to take down Nicole. She actually told Mr. Bartlett about Nic’s driving incident just to that her position of school captain would get taken away. And if that’s not bad enough, at the Halloween party she wore the exact same costume as Nicole, and then actually KISSED Geoff, tricking him into thinking it was Nicole! That girl is getting to be so sneaky. I guess Ruby warned her multiple times to stop whatever she was planning to do, but Melody had her mind made up already. She stood at the party arguing with Nicole and told her that Geoff could never like somebody like her and that they were wrong for each other. Nicole, out of pure anger and frustration lashed back and let slip that her and Geoff had slept together. M
