sorry all ya'all fir not rightin suuner(yeah right nobody talks like that) so its been madness ever since I've gotten back from Ireland non stop boozin etc. etc. just before I went to Ireland had a mad weekend up in the hill country of north texas, the usual boozing etc. but did some rock climbing with out ropes up 110ft in the air with out any help and the palms of your hands start getting very very sweaty which is probably the worst thing that could be happen, survived that to see a herd of deer about twenty running through the creek down beside the tents, was preety cool, some random asshole told us that night that if he could get a texas ranger down here he would well just as long as it wasn't chuck norris we didn't mind however we had edward larkin the ninja to fend us off, so safe in knowledge that chuck wasn't going to side kick us out of texas state soil we settled down to a night of throwing stones at the bear and putting salt on the dolphins nose. Alas the next day chucks two mates showed up took all our passports and threathened to side kick us off of texas soil luckly they were not feeling the best because theyed just gone through a sparring competition with chuck and they knew that he was one quarter Irish and four quarters had as nails(drogheda pronunciation). so they just decided to take all our booze which wasn't a lot and feed it to chuck, went to another bassball match signed up for a credit card with fake everything and got a baseball cap as well as a astros towel, was dying all week with some stomach bug but didn't hesitate to get as much booze as possible in, were going to a race track to see the prof from our lab race this weekend, he's after buying his eleventh lotus hint hint at what i want to be, we're also going to the infamos texas shooting range was thinking of going to fancy dress shop and dressing up as a cowboy cause i know that a couple of the peeps have six shooters or i might just settle down for dirty harry, going to another waterpark tomorrow in galvinston and then rock climbing on sunday with this irish dude we met last monday in a bar, went back to his house and drank a load of booze then got into his car and went for food taking shots all the way, stoopid stoopid stoopid, absoutly shit ourselves when we pulled into the place and there were literally twenty cop cars, not to mention driving on the wrong side of the road and traffic lights, had to dirive my friend to the hospital today cause she got strep throat in her pick up now that was cool since i don't have a drivers licence either in america or any other country i guess that was another faux pas hopefully DHS isn't looking at this any how bye bye from me for now and I'll be blogging again soon0 Comments 1230 days

So the end of two week here, still havn't seen much of the city, its hard enough to get around in because everybody drives and you don't really want to walk around, starting to realise that most of the city is getto but the rest is class, went to see superman last night it was super muck, So is superman going to pay child support for all of those years backdated or will, he fly away from all the real problems that he can't solve in his neanderthal way? Played touch rugby with a couple of the crew from the apartments some of them are american football players but their muck at anything accept eating and closelineing you just before you score a lenght of the field try with nobody touching you. Went down town for a few after muckerman finished, had a few strongbows but couldn't finish the last cause they are shite, last friday there was a tuna fest which they hold every year, free beer food and everything was deadly, they had all this geeky chem stufff like tee shirts with nerdy catch phrases etc. etc., tomorrow is the fourth of july, we're having a bar-b-q on a balcony of the lab, yes it is as posh as it sounds, so it should be class, we can see all the different fireworks that are going off all across the city form there, so thats it for the min.0 Comments 1255 days

So I've been here since Monday and I've been brought out to Breakfast Twice and Lunch twice aswell, pancakes are legend, burritoes are class and its true in Texas everything is bigger. I didn't need to eat the Vegtable Rague (on the jar it says does not strictly contain vegtables) that I bought in wallmart. We have these cards with three hundered dollars on them for food aswell, which you can get at the football Jocks res, I not messing these bhoys are MASSIVE, but they move very slowly, they could pick me up with one arm, Brian O'Driscoll wouldn't have a chance but Paul O'Connell would knock them to shreds, the food in this is class fish and stake on a buffet(silent z) with anything you want but the lads nearly always eat burgers all i can say is America. We've been playing B-ball to get fit, the first day everybody was swatting at the ball, no hand eye coordination because of the degree, because of the heat anything you do here is times two what you would do in Ireland, manged to waddle around the outside of the campus which is three miles exactly so in Ireland that would be 6 yeah right sam. So began work on Thursday after we found the bar etc.etc. and the stuff is the shit, serious cutting edge, the lads doing PhD's over here get about 26,000 a year which you can live on very very comfortably.
