Skin Copying - The Bebo Statement and Rules - Please Read This

Here is the bebo statement that all skinmakers have to tick and agree to EVERY TIME they submit a skin:

You MUST be the ORIGINAL artist of a Skin to submit to be featured. If you are not we will block you from creating ANY further Skins. Do not submit for review images that you have copied from other Bebo Skin sites.

It is very plain, it cant be missed and you cannot submit the skin until you have ticked the box next to it.

So, if you go ahead and tick that box and submit a skin knowing full well that your skin contains "images that you have copied from other Bebo Skin sites", then bebo subsequently realises that you have done this and decides to "block you from creating ANY further Skins" how can you possibly claim that you are the victim of harrassment, bullying, abuse or anything else for that matter from the member you copied from in the first place?
Then to send bebo mail and comments to various bebo users accusing that member of all of the above, try to get other members to delete her, her groups and her apps, send her horrible comments via her groups etc and generally try to blacken her name is just ridiculous at best and vindictive harrassment at worst.
If you are caught out doing wrong admit to it, apologise and move on! You should NOT try to act the victim and attempt to bring others down for YOUR mistakes and lies. You should not try to blacken the name of someone else in order to divert attention from the fact YOU did wrong.
If anyone cannot see what I am saying here, then I think they just do not WANT to see the truth in all this, because it is as plain as day. Any intelligent person can see that.
Dont listen to the "coincidence theory" because in this case, when skin parts are IDENTICALLY cropped and IDENTICAL in file sizes that is IMPOSSIBLE.
I am really angry and pissed off at the way Mary has been treated and wanted to have my say. The lady accusing Mary of harrassing her knows full well that she has had no communication on any her profiles from Mary in months. Mary didn't even name her when she had a blog about skin copying as I wont name her now.
She assumed it was her Mary was referring to as she KNEW she had done it! Simple.
Thank you for reading this. Let's hope this stops the accusations right now.

Multiple Profiles

I'd like to know what others think about bebo users having multiple profiles?
I dont see the harm in it if they are open about having more than one profile, or have a private profile to test apps etc on, that they do not communicate from.
It is when users have many profiles in a lot of different names and pretend to be countless different people that I have a problem with it.
Not only is it confusing and duping other members, it is very weird behaviour when the profiles actually seem to converse with one another!
I was always told that talking to yourself was the first sign of madness

off to the hos about half 11, i think, and plan to be back by half 2 cos matt's mum and dad dropping charlie back then.
let's hope the hos has the results back so we can move her ourselves - fingers crossed.
i think your blog will be quiet. from what i have seen and been told, anyone voicing an opinion "in support of" what you are saying gets nasty mail, and nobody wants that when they sign in - dont blame them.
and i dont think the person responsible for the nasty mail will comment cos you have stated the facts so well
still, it may take the negativity away from shan's page, so that's good

it's all come out today what's been going on and it aint nice.
i have pending comments on my groups in the same kinda vein as the one i have on my profile here, too.
i also have a comment and mail from mates who have been messaged in a not too nice way about me as well. looks like sh** finally hitting fan!
