maybe you should get i dont really know what, i dont actually know how you can stop nightmares, like what you can take or who you can see, so maybe you should just think happy thoughts. i had a bleh dream this morning - i was at my parents house having a sleepover, so there were loads of folk in my old room and when i woke up (in the dream) there were all these really big flies in the room but only above a metre off the ground, i then went into the hall and they were still there, so i went downstairs to get bug spray and told my dad about them. he said it was his fault because he left the window open, and that they were "earthworms which came from the penguins, and had a neon belly." i couldnt find any bug spray so i ended up spraying wd40 on some kitchen towel and proceeding to squash them with such, however most of them had disappeared by this time, but i went to get one on the hall wall and its remains got stuck so in trying to remove it i put a big hole in the wall! fun times! xx
