TCF BATTLE OF THE DJS
BATTLE OF THE DJS WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE EDGE BAR – IN BELFAST (DATE TBC)
Set up of:
· 2 x Technics
· 2 x Pioneer cdj’s
· 1 x Pioneer DJM600 / DJM 800
· A steady table J
ENTRY FEE £10
WINNER TAKES £500
THE RULES
1 - Entry fee must be paid before you play your set
2 - If you don’t show up you do not get your money back
3 - We cant tell you what to play but try to stick close to one genre.
4 - You cant play the same set in the final as in the heats (of course there might be one or two tunes you may want to use again-thats fine.
5 - You can bring in your own needles and mixer but all other equipment provided must be used, efx box not permitted
6 - Judges decision is final.
7 - Rules subject to change
Times: 20 minutes a set in the heats 9 slots per heat 40 minutes a set in the final

TCF Promotions Showcase: Richard Durand - Ledged Up
Ledged Up
Here is the new one from the Richard Durand. Here he delivers a techy bosh mash up in the form of ‘Ledged Up’, which is something to do with surfing and rock climbing I believe. Anyway, with two mixes on offer for all you techy mashup fiends, first up is the Original which is a quirky styled slice of minimal yet infectiously catchy tech trance, which no doubt will be hammered by all fans of Richard’s previous material. On the flip and the Raw and Hard mix is for those of you who like things slightly more energetic with the BPM increased. This is definitely one for the big rooms and the festivals! Hope you all like it!
