      LABOUR AND BIRTH
      WATERS BROKE: 11:50 pm
      CONTRACTIONS STARTED: 12:00 am
      CONTRACTIONS WERE: 1 min then down to 20 secs and lasting 1min and 30 secs
      GAVE BIRTH: 9:50 am Saturday 1st december 2007
      DRUGS: epidural and pethidine
      ANY STITCHES ECT: stiches enternal and external and grazing
