i thought i might try and write a blog wiyth an actual point.
You should all know that i have finally started work at the child care centre in Manlyvale yay !!!!!! I started on the 11th of August and am getting kinda tired coz i've been working full time and trying to keep up with everything else. Exercise and sleep are kinda lacking - but i'll get use to it soon.

Anyways, for those who have no clue what i do, i'm an occupational therapist (OT) working with children with special needs who attend the centre. In this setting we (the OT's) are mainly working upon gross motor skills (jumping throwing, skipping ect.), fine motor skills (drawing, cutting beading), sensory issues (too hard to explain) and attention. As OT's we then look at these skills in relation to the child's occupations which include play, feeding and school readiness.

So am i loving my work? Yes. I love the Indego Education Team (we're the ones lookin at special needs kids), the classroom teachers are great and the kids are gorgeous. And i get to play with toys. lol

hey to all who are crazy enough to read one of my journal entries.

Anyways, i kinda do have a bit of news- well almost. I should be starting work on the 25th of July as long as the DOCS inspection goes well 2day. I'm praying it goes well. i'm so ready yo start - actually i was ready 4 months ago ... What else, i had an awesome time at hillsong last week. i luv talking about God all weeek long - tis great. I met some kool people from wollongong who i learnt the dance to "Awesome God" with and hung out with alot. I spent tuesday basically on my own but then my friends Jelly came weds to fri which was nice. I think i particularily enjoyed the praise and worship. I always do. But the speakers were great too. And if u haven't heard of Nubian gents - they are ledgends - they are black guys from new york who dance and do these kool rhythms with clapping.

I think i've blabbed on for enough 2day. c yall soon

otay, i'm just gonna write what i'm thinkin - althogh not exactly coz i think way faster than i can type. U may find my journal slightly influenced by my chat with Anna on msn - i tend to pick up on things ppl say like the "otay" at the beggining. 2day has been interesting - although i havn't really done much - i think this is me filling in time - bit like Schultzie's quiz. O that's right i started writing this coz i thoguht it was about time i write something so SOmething SOmething SOmething. I think it's past my bed time so nighty night, sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite.
