Well the last 6months hav been interesting to say the least
Done a couple of courses, Going to albufaria (Portugal) In 8 days
plenty sun sea and sand and lots of cocktail's 
god it aint long now yeehaa. And hopefully a short break in October dont know where yet

How come in life it's hard to find a true friend
one that you can trust..
When you do find one,why come they let you down in
more way's than one..
You think they are your friend,but are they?
they speak about you behind your back
to other so called friend's..
They bitch about what you do..
and who you speak to..
god have they nothing better to do..
So tell me what is a friend?
A friend to me is someone you can talk to
and they dont repeat it to anyone else..
A friend is someone you can trust in and around
your home..
A friend is someone you can do thing's together,
go for coffee go to lunch or even go out for a drink..
A friend is someone you can watch a movie with
and a few glass's oh wine with and have a laugh with..
A friend dosent hit on your man..
