he campaign to stop anti-social behaviour is a community based campaign that wishes to promote a better understanding on the effects of anti-social behaviour and the damage it is doing to communities.

The initial spark which led to the formation of the campaign group was created when a a young girl was severely assaulted outside Colaiste Bride, Secondary School, Convent Road ,Clondalkin ( school authorities and Gardai informed) by youths attending the school, living in Greenpark and friends of those living on Saint Johns Park West, (Saint Johns part of Greenpark) Clondalkin. The young girl assaulted had no friendship or other connections with those who assaulted her, but was singled out for assault by thugs who were friends of those living on Johns Park West. Another family living in Saint Johns Park West, Clondalkin experienced over twenty years of racial and physical abuse, intimidation, damage to property and a nightly barrage of violent activity by youths living on the road. Elderly people were made prisoners in their homes, ( door bell, hall doors kicked, car alarms activated) as new people taking up residency became targets for the antisocial attacks, packed up and left as quickly as they came. Gardens and motor vehicles of specific residents were targeted, as residents who were either involved in the antisocial behaviour or were friends of those carrying out the antisocial behaviour enjoyed their own property being untouched (not as much as a stone moved) or damaged as they prompted their children to encouraged those from the Greenpark area to target residents their parents sought fit to dislike.
