Starting a few weeks ago when people feared that Harveys was charging there Loyal Customers €5 on Friday nights and €10 on Saturday nights we have set up brand Loyalty Card and the Staff and Management have handed out as many possible to you.
Starting this Friday night we are already updating the cards to make them better in ways that makes Harveys an even better choice of venue to go to than ever before. We will issuing new Applications/ Brief Questionnaire for this new card which in return will give you these great Benefits

20% off all drinks (Before Midnight)
10% off all drinks (after Midnight)
Free Admission (Harveys & Mantra)
Half price cloakroom charge
Reserved Areas (parties etc)
Full Mantra gold membership www.mantra.ie

i always go to harveys when im out. it WAS the best bar in waterford but with the cover charge of €10, no way will i be going back. sorry lads but its too much and the same goes for most of the people i know. people have a hard enough being let go from jobs and now when they want to go out and forget their troubles they find another place that they have to pay to get into! sorry to say but i think a lot of people will most likely end up in muldoons or elsewhere

10 quid in is a bit of a joke really. I know ye have to cover costs and everythin, but at the end of the day Harveys was popular due to the fact that it was free to get in, used to have great bands, offered great atmosphere and had cheap drink.

However in recent months the place has started to decline. There is less live music being played, as bands seem to play other venues such as Oxygen and Rubys Lounge and we are now being charged to get in. And since we have to pay in, the cost of the night is increasing, meaning the "cheap drink" is not so cheap anymore.

As a result of all this there will be less people going there, which means the atmosphere will not be as good as before, which leads to even more people deciding to drink elsewhere.

I always go to Harvey's.
I wont be anymore sadly,10 euro in is just not worth it.
Not these days.

I am a local wat girl, and i cant belive the new charge i mean who is going to pay when u can get into muldoons free and then upstairs free if u want a dance. The smoking is awful but i not paying a 10 for a smoke in peace. Muldoons here i come
