hey when did da club get a sex change? ye are so a girl! justa heads up, john ur gonna get sum amount of junk mail puttin ur own email address up lik dat....trust me.....anyhow, besta luck wit everyting, ill try n pop n2 c ye all b4 i leave, remem if ye need anyting just let me know...o n dont 4get da 2 training evenings and meetings in week 1, dare very important and give ya budget points, ye did get my email i 4warded to ye didnt ya?....its much harder dan i thought lettin go of my little baby .....

I'm sure this will bring some fond memories back for some of the blackbelts.

It's a long video but interesting insight into what a BlackBelt grading is like. At least it isn't Chuk Kuk Do where it's less technique and more quantity.

I have news for you that maybe you have been waiting for!! There is an effort be forwarded around all the colleges/Universities about the next intervarsities event. The Captains of Colleges universities will be invited to come and join a nationwide effort to be apart of team to organise, plan, communicate to all student karate clubs what is happening. Thiswill assist the future hosting of the event!! With the knowledge that karate will be decided upon for the olympic games very soon, in october the aim would be very promising to achieve the best aims the Karate intervarsities can to be well known on the Intervarsities events calendar of events. Its about time our sport is recognised!!!

Joseph still hurts people. But makes the sparring fun.

Next tuesday should be interesting! I feel honoured to attend a technical instruction with such an experienced sensei, Ray Payne from SKIF.

I hope those attending will take much from it, if not in technique, then in inspiration. I may have had 6 instructors since starting karate in first year. But I never regretted sticking with karate training.

I'm back !!! My karate has probably gone to the dogs but a few weeks of Mars giving burst lips and be in action, so to speak.

I'll look forward to the possibly craziest semester with the club. We all know Mars needs to go out with a BANG! Final semester for us two product designers.


Can't wait for details of morning training! We'l see if it is possible I can show up this time.
