Schnitzel is an empire of comedy. It was dreamt up in 2005 by Mikey and Alan. It started out as a humble magazine but has grown to be a magazine and a comedy club, and a brand too. the comedy club is currently running a five show comedy season in Newbridge Co.Kildare, the shows are in The Riverbank Arts Centre and lined up for it are David O'Doherty (July 15), Diet of Worms (July 29), Maeve Higgins (Aug 19), Reuben (Sep 2) and Jarlath Regan (Sep 23). Over the past three years the club has hosted some of the best comedians on the circuit, from the UK and Ireland, some up and coming comedians, and also funny short videos that are submitted by whoever wants to submit them.
